Central Reserve Police join coup forces in Al-Shajara

Today, Saturday, a force from the Central Reserve Police joined the coup forces in Al-Shajara area in Khartoum and is now preparing to attack the areas where our forces are stationed.
We strongly warn all leaders of the police forces not to get involved in the battles taking place now and to withdraw all their employees from participating with the putschists.
The Rapid Support Forces are aware of the intentions and arrangements of the putschists and the remnants of the defunct extremist regime who want to expand the circle of war to pass their malicious agenda.
We call on the honourable police forces not to follow the calls of the remnants and to plunge their employees into a battle to which they are not a party, and to endanger their employees.
The police is a national civil apparatus that should not take sides with any party over the other, and we issue this warning to all police forces and their leaders not to interfere so that we do not have to deal with them as an enemy.
