Annual Celebration of Gabriel’s King in Harar City Concludes Peacefully
In Harar City, the annual celebration of King Gabriel by the Orthodox community concluded peacefully. The event, held in Hakim Woreda, is of great cultural and religious importance, bringing together believers from various regions.

The festivities, which are held in Harar City’s Hakim Woreda, are of great cultural and religious importance. The area, which is recognised as the fourth, is known for its annual observance of Gabriel’s Holiday. Muktar Abdosh, the Commander of the External Traffic Control, announced that the celebration of St. Gabriel’s Day in Harar, Ethiopia, had concluded peacefully, with no reported traffic accidents. The responsibilities of the organisers were fulfilled by providing adequate treatment for both believers and vehicles, and maintaining healthy traffic conditions over a period of four consecutive days. The Commission expressed its gratitude for the successful execution of these responsibilities.
